Biography of Andrea Hirata

Laskar Pelangi is the first novel of Andrea Hirata  that I read. the first impression that i felt while i was reading is how perfect he is in writing that novel. it was very great and inspiring. do you know who is he? here, i will share you the biography of the great author Andrea Hirata.
well, the man with curly hair named Andrea Hirata Seman Said Harun was born in Belitung Island on 24 of October, 1982. he is the forth child of four children from the couple of Seman Said Harunayah and NA Masturah. he was born in poor and remote village in Belitung, Indonesia. living in a village that's full of inadequacy makes his personality influenced. he admited that he was much motivated by his environment that showed much apprehension. 
as he told in Laskar Pelangi novel, Andrea went to a small school which the condition of the building is very pathetic and almost collapsed. the school named Muhammadiyah Elementary School is concern enough and it was recognized by Andrea. however, he prefered to study in the school that looks more like a cattle pen to reach his dream. after graduating from his study in his homeland, he dared to go to Bogor (west Java) to seek for the job and of course to continue his study in a university. andrea successfuly continued his study in the Faculty of Economi, University of Indonesia (UI), the best and most favorite university in Indonesa. 
after finishing his study in UI, he got scholarship to continue his master degree in Universite de Paris, Sorbonne, Franch and Sheffield Hallam Unversity, England. he took Economic theory as his department. because of his brilliant brain, he was graduated with cumlaude status and was able to award his master degree of European Union. 
after coming back to Indonesia he worked at PT Telkom. now, Andrea still active as an instructure at the telcommunication company.
